Why View by Appointment?

Note: You no longer have to view by appointment, you can simply turn up and view 7 days a week, for those that like our more personal appointment service detailed here, this service is generally available Monday - Friday.

Our concept of "viewing by appointment" is very flexible. You are free to browse at leisure in the same way as with other dealers, but in a calmer environment, knowing that if you do require assistance a member of staff will be available immediately. We believe our concept offers many advantages to you, the customer. Many of our customers have at first questioned the idea for viewing by appointment, but having experienced what we have to offer, have commented how well it works and how comfortable they have felt.

"Viewing by appointment" has come about for many reasons. The main reason being the importance of viewing motorhomes in the right environment allowing customers to:-

1. View motorhomes in a relaxed atmosphere, you can spend as long as you want in as many vehicles as you want.

2. Being able to ask questions as they arise rather than having to cover all questions before you lose a member of staff to another customer.

3. Access to all motorhomes without having to wait for other customers to move out of the motorhome you wish to view.

4. A test drive at a moments notice without having to wait long periods for a member of staff to become available or a vehicle to become available.

5. On completion of purchase a member of staff is able to spend un-interrupted time with you explaining all the points & and features of the Motorhome.

There are many considerations that are not always apparent at first and these considerations may need our more specialised approach. We generally like to discuss your requirements with you. We listen to your requirements and make suggestions on what products may suit your needs, but of course, you make the ultimate decision.

We do not employ any commission paid staff and are all part of a team. We are willing to pass on our experiences, advising and guiding you. We very much hope you choose to visit us.
